Where are you from, where you at?

Born in Houston, Texas, but my hometown is Duluth, Minnesota. I just moved to Minneapolis a few years ago.

How long have you been riding?

10 or 11 winters now.

What’s your set up?

Left foot forward and mellow de-tune; nothing to really brag about.

Do you customize your gear in anyway?

10 gallon hats if I could pull it off. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s3KUEkxkbKc

Most memorable new trick you landed for the first time?

My first all switch run.

Any pre-shred “go to” meal?

Pasta with chicken and alfredo sauce, favorite meal hands down. Good any time of day.

Any snowboard superstitions you believe in?

Ok, so I already know you're gonna think I'm joking, but awhile back, I found this shirt that's of ACDC on the cover of Rolling Stone. I got into this "ritual" of wearing it snowboarding everyday for the past 2 years. It's grown into a weird madness. But it works you know? I'm looking at that damp greasy rag right now!

Snow porn or real porn?

Wait, is that even a question? Alexis Texas all day and night until the wheels pop off.

All expense paid vacation anywhere, where would you go?

I always wanted to go to Norway or Sweden, or basically anywhere in Europe. Chile, New Zealand, or a Brazilian beach would work too. Damn it those Brazilians girls are so gorgeous.

Craziest riding experience from last season?

ROME VAN LIFE! February through April were the best times, no joke. Let's do that again ASAP.

Best and worst thing about snowboarding right now?

Best: Snowboarder owned companies (Rome, Ashbury, Celtek, Elm, Holden, Damage. Worst: CEO's of "snowboard companies" who don't know shit about snowboarding, just sitting behind a desk giving orders.

Where do you plan on spending next season?

Run with every opportunity I get. Travel to places I haven't been. Anywhere outside the U.S. would be amazing.

Any shout outs?

I would honestly be lost in the trash without my dad, I owe a huge thanks to him for everything I have today. I LOVE MY MOM, brother and sisters, thanks PETER HARVIEUX for giving midwest dirtbags the opportunity to progress and asking for nothing in return, RON FAVERTY for kicking ass and teaching me how to party in Plymouth, CAVAN for hot wings at The Reservoir and man-handling the van life when the others pussed out, JOSH AND PAUL for holding down a legit company like Rome and giving me a chance, BEN @ Damage for keeping me in line and having the best fucking shop I call my home, MIKE THIENES @ Bald E-Gal for loving snowboarding and filming, and just being the reason why I get excited to snowboard every year, LANCE AND MIKE HAKKER @ Ashbury for having the best team of homies and making goggles/sunglasses that actually make sense. BJORN LEINES for all the wise advice and sometimes letting me be a part of your amazing lifestyle, BRIDGES @ SnowboarderMag for knowing every fucking handplant in the book, DAN @ Elm for the hooking it up!, CLAYTON SHOEMAKER for hosting the absolute best setups at BEAR just to see us have fun, and... LARRY PAQUIN for keeping it KOTR.
