Order Guidelines

Tracking your order

  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
  • Once your order ships, you will be emailed your tracking information.
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.

Shipping

  • Ground shipping is FREE on orders over $75
  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped.
  • All orders will be shipped standard ground, unless expedited shipping is selected for an additional cost.
  • Ground shipping times will depend on your location. Rome is located in Vermont. Please allow approximately 1-4 Days on the East coast and 4-8 days on the West Coast.
  • We do have a 3-DAY Express option that if selected, additional charges are applied.
  • 3-DAY Express shipping will ship the next day, if your order is placed before 11:59PM PST
  • Weekend deliveries are not available.
  • Estimated shipping arrival dates are not guaranteed and could be delayed.
  • We cannot ship internationally

Security

  • All payments are processed securely over a secure connection (SSL) and automatically processed through our secure payment gateway at Authorize.net.

Modifying or canceling your order

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order Number in the subject line if you need to modify or cancel your order. If your order has not yet been processed we may be able to make changes.
  • If your order has been processed, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Inventory

  • Rome’s inventory is based on real-time inventory, so items that you see available on the website should be in stock. However, there is a possibility of an inventory error. If something that you order is not available, we will notify you immediately.
  • Rome’s website is a live inventory website, so if the board or product you want is not on the site, then it is not currently available. However, inventory will change frequently and the product you want may become available. You can click on the product that you wish to purchase and it will let you know if it's availability. If the product is available you will be able to select the "Add to Cart" button. If the product is not currently available, but will be available soon, it will be listed as "Coming Soon". Otherwise the product will be listed as "Out of Stock" and you can click on the "Find Dealer" or the "Shops" link to locate a dealer.

Return Policy

  • All items have a 30-day return policy for a full refund.
  • Items returned for a refund must be unused and have the original packaging.
  • To return your product, email returns@romesnowboards.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  • We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number.
  • We must receive your return within 30 Days of your Return Authorization being issued.
  • We will provide you with the address to return your product to. Please package your products in the original box with original tags and include your Return Authorization Number as well as your original Order Number.
  • Customers will have to cover the cost of the return shipping back to Rome.
  • Once we receive your product, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and your card to be refunded.
  • If product is returned in new condition, the original form of payment will be credited for the return.
  • Once your card has been credited, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If you would like to make an exchange, it is easiest to return your product, get the refund, and place a new order for the product you would like to exchange for.
