Our DryTac technologies are the internal backbone of how Rome garments keep you happy hiking lines in the backcountry, getting face shots on 0-degree Fahrenheit pow days, riding in the rain, or getting stuck on a lift when it’s blowing out of the north. It’s the technology that keeps the water molecules out. It’s the technology that lets your body moisture escape. It’s the technology that keeps the heat in. It’s the technology that lets you focus on the riding.
Designed to keep you happy in the wettest conditions, DryTac 15™ is a micro-porous laminate that is bonded to the internal surface of the shell fabric. The result is 15,000mm waterproofing and 10,000gm breathability.
A lightweight micro-porous coating is applied to the inner surface of the shell fabric for the weather-fighting performance of 8,000mm waterproofing and 8,000gm breathability.
For those riders who are looking for a simple resort-bound piece, DryTac 3™ delivers baseline performance of 3,000mm of waterproofing and 3,000gm of breathability. The crew lapping the park sometimes doesn’t need anything more tech.
