The cool thing about Mt. Hood is that it's the place to be, not only in the Winter, but in the Summer as well. You know it's got to be pretty good if you're digging out the Palmer lift every Summer so camps like Windells and High Cascade can operate some of the sickest parks in the country. We decided that to wrap up our park checks for the season, we'd end it with the crew over at Timberline Lodge in Oregon.

What started as a joke has become reality— the van, riders, and filmer have all safely returned to their respective homes and to be honest we weren’t sure if that was even possible.

We decided that since Kim was in town that it would be the perfect time for him to sit down with us, talk a bit about his work , and find out how he got started doing illustrations for the brand. Check out this quick interview and keep an eye out for Kim's work on the new Death Riders gear dropping in the Fall.

The van has successfully arrived home in one piece with Ian and Riley at the helm. Those two decided to drive 24 hours straight through the midwest, pointing it all the way back to VT. Upon their arrival we had them pick out a few of their favorite photos and stories from the second half of the trip, which are definitely worth a look. Stay tuned for the edits and footage dropping from the whole trip!

The Amageddon crew took a few days with Stevens Pass on their mind recently. They first spent a day in Seattle, at Derrek Levers house, recharging and spending some time in the famous fish market, because nothing says fun like launching fish at customers.

Mark Branzetti is a loyal Rome supporter that works at a popular shop just a little ways south of us. If you’re looking for someone who knows his stuff about snowboarding or maybe just want to talk shred, then this is the guy to run into. We thought we would take a min and check in with Mark to see how his season has been for this week’s featured shop guy.

Ok first things first, what’s your name and where’s your park?
I’m Mouse and our park is Brighton Utah.
Tell us about your crew. How do you find the guys to work on your crew and do you have any good stories about them?
We look for local kids that kill it and have good work ethic.

Mike Bell has been down with Rome for a super long time. How he's gone this long without being Shop Guy of the Week has yet to be determined. He's got a little dude that rips as well, so he'll be up next... as soon as he can legally get a job, of course. If you see a little dude straight lining the trails at Seven Springs, that's probably him.

The crew and the van have made it across most of the country and is currently posted up in Salt Lake City. We got a chance to talk to the guys for a few minutes between runs at Brighton to get some insider info and hear a couple good stories.

Loon Mountain is an awesome spot to ride at. What makes it even better is the awesome crew that makes sure the parks there are always on point. Whether you're greasing the down bar on the stair set or taking some slushy spring laps in the half tube, one of the guys is always on hand making sure everything is groomed and set up proper. Check out this latest update from the crew at Loon Mountain Parks.

Park crews are often the unsung heroes of the mountain. Tirelessly raking, salting, and making sure every park feature is pristine and ready for your enjoyment. That's why we decided to check in with park crews across the country to get an idea of what their setups are looking like for the season, what their dream features are, favorite apres spots, and more. Check out the first update from the crew at Mt. Bachelor Parks.

Rich Phillips has described his time working at Oncore as an eternity. That is some serious dedication. Hailing from Flagstaff, AZ, you might never expect there to be a heavy shred scene in such a warm place, but there is. The guys at Oncore absolutely kill it, so we're stoked to say that Rich is this week's Shop Guy of the Week.

If you've been wondering what songs we used in The Shred Remains, look no further. We've gone ahead and compiled two playlists for your enjoyment; one on iTunes and one on YouTube, plus a list of all the songs used in the movie and which parts they are from. Hopefully it'll save you the time and effort of leaving a, "What song is this?" comment somewhere on the internet.
