Thermo-Moldable EVA Body

An EVA body of our liners let you heat-mold them with a boot heater or through body heat for a customized fit to the shape of your foot.

3D-Laminated Liner Tongue

Constructed with layers of different materials of different thicknesses and different flexes. 3D shaped to the contours of your lower leg and ankle.

Expand Toe Zone

The toe of the liner is finished off with expandable neoprene for self-adjusting, customized fit in the toe region, with added warms. Because not all toes are shaped the same.

Memory and J-Bar Heel Pocket

In the Folsom, the Memory Heel Pocket lays memory foam over the j-bars for soft fit that locks around your ankle contours. In the other models, multiple densities of foam surround the j-bars for comfortable heel hold-down.

Expand Collar

The top rear edge of the Bastille’s new CF.3L liner cuff flexes outwardly to self-adjust to different rider calf shapes, and to eliminate calf pressure.

3D-Laminated Liner Tongue

The 3D shape and profiled layered construction of our liner tongues not only fit better, but they flex better as well. The 3D shape and the varied densities of materials create a flex profile that starts out forgiving and ramps up progressively for support.

Ergonomic PF Panels

Our EVA liner bodies are great for heat-molding fit and lightweight. But left alone, they don’t flex progressively. So we integrate molded PF (Progressive Flex) Panels on the sides to add “pop” to your boots. When you lay into the boot, the PF Panels flex and kick back.
