Zone 1
The forefoot—4mm of ComfortFoam lined with semi-plush fleece

Zone 2
The ankle—4mm of ComfortFoam and 8mm of mid-density foam lined with lightweight directional face fabric

Zone 3
The calf—5mm of ComfortFoam and 5mm of mixed foam lined with extra-plush fleece

Zone 4
The heel—4mm of ComfortFoam lined with mid-weight directional face fabric

Dual-Mode Moldable EVA Body
The bodies of our liners feature heat-moldable EVA for a customized level of fit that is specific to the anatomy of the rider. For an advanced fit, heat the liner and mold it to your foot. Or allow body heat to do the work, and let the EVA mold to your foot over time as you ride.
3D-Laminated Tongue
The 3D shape and laminated construction of our liner tongues results in better fit. The 3D shape nests into the compound curve of your ankle, while the laminated construction lets us thin the edges of the tongue so it fits better liner for lower overall volume.

Skate Cuff
Inspired in the design process by the thick foam around the ankle of most skate shoes, we started experimenting with different solutions for heel hold in snowboarding by placing ample collars of foam in the ankle area of our Conformist.3 liner. The results are new levels of comfort and control—plushness that engulfs your ankle, while holding your foot firmly in place.

AnkleLock AMT
To give each rider’s foot a custom fit in the critical ankle area, we place a cork and bonding compound amalgam in the heel pocket for higher levels of heel hold.

Expand Toe Zone
A neoprene construction in the toe region lets the boot self adjust to the different shape of each foot, while also providing extra insulation.

Multi-Density Heel Pocket
Another tactic for improving heel hold in our liners, we lay in j-bar structures that are surrounded by varying levels of ComfortFoam and EVA. The result is foot stability and comfort.

3D-Laminated Tongue
Our 3D-Laminated Tongue not only improves fit, but also the progressive flex of your boot. Again, it is through the compound curve of the 3D shape and the layered approach of the laminated construction. The compound curve loads up energy as you drive hard into a toeside, while the layered construction lets us vary materials and vary thickness to create a non-uniform flex profile that starts out forgiving and ramps up to full support.

Ergonomic PF Panels
To add responsive, energy-loading flex to our boots, we add ergonomic EVA panels to the medial and lateral sides of the liners.
