Dear Ski Patrol,
I admit I ducked said rope. In doing so I accepted the natural risks of the mountain. Additionally, I feel confident that at no time I had put myself or others in danger.
I acknowledge that my actions within full view of the lift on a Saturday puts you in a difficult position. Another less capable rider might see my turns and feel encouraged to follow my line. The general ease at which I slayed said slope would make any 3rd-Party desire to have a similar experience.
Obviously I did not anticipate you being right above me on the chair when I commenced my liberal interpretation of land use within a National Forest.
Hopefully you will take my quiet exit from your mountain resort on this day as an acceptable punishment. For example I was not able to recreate with friends who were still yet to arrive at your facility.
Regards,
your friend
PS- I’d do it again.
