I picked up LNP, Alex Cantin and Louif Paradis in Denver the night before going to Loveland. They had a back pack, a travel bag, a board bad and a skateboard each. All the shit in a normal car…pretty packed. We went at Loveland the day after, we rode with a bunch of people, the whole Salomon crew was there too.
What are those guys up to now. Season 1 episode 1 from Laurent-Nicolas Paquin on Vimeo.
Larry did the edit.

Due to a unlucky pre-season injury i flew back home to Germany after 5 months of being all over the place. It´s crazy to be back home after such a long time. I feel a little bit like a tourist in my own home country. The best things back home are the beer and the bread. I really think they are the best beer&bread in the world.

The good things in Germany
Then, yesterday, i got the most retarded ticket of all times. I was biking down a Munich street when i decided to call a friend. I pulled out my cell phone, pressed dial and held the phone to my ear when i was stopped by a cop car. Apparently , in Germany it´s forbidden to talk on a cell phone while biking by now, and they gave me a ticket for 25€ (thats almost 40$ !). On the ticket it says the brand of my bike and as the “detailed elements of my crime” they wrote “right hand, right ear”. I still can´t believe it. This is by far the dumbest ticket i have ever gotten.

I rode Loveland yesturday and got my face wiped by a rope. I was going pretty fast and wanted to hit a side jump. The jump was close to a bamboo pole but i never saw the rope attached to it.
Just imagine what happen to someone who ride into a rope going kinda fast….
I thought all my teeth were gone, but they’re not. I went back there today.

Figured we needed to balance the RnR Tuesday posts with some fun at the end of the week.
(don’t be disappointed when you realize this will not be a regular feature of the SDS blog)
Thanks, Steve for emailing this gem.

No doubt regarding the Sticky Fingers album cover.

I love that Mick contacted Mr. Warhol personally.
