Monday, September 7th, 2009

The first video that started the annual push for progression. Damian might have worn hardboots, but he pretty much invented size. Check out around minute 4:00. And the huge cliff drop by Steve Graham around …minute 4:40. And classic Chris Roach frontside grabs at the end of the clip.

Riding Backcountry Lines

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

We got an email blast from Kyle Miller, a rider from the Northwest who shreds lines all over the Cascades and beyond. If you like climbing and riding backcountry spots, check out his site. Don’t know of anyone else who can say they’ve shredded snowboards at least one day in the last 83 months.

Would not wish this…

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

on anyone…

Hurts to see this happen to a good music collection.

This guy Jonah back in Rochester had that happen to all his riding gear years back.  Anybody into music or riding could never replace the old boards or albums that one has nostalgia for.

Again, would never wish it on anybody…

Wednesday, September 2nd, 2009

In honor of the new website launch, we’re kicking the new season of WWBM with a classic. The best waiter ever caught on film, Bill “Bug” Murray and this clip never get old, and that’s why this is getting posted again.

Rock and Roll Tuesday : Black Flag !!!

Top 40 music has pretty much always sucked. Even more so now a days. I’d rather tear my ears off and stick them up my own ass than listen to top 40 music or a modern day “punk” & “rock” album. Lets go back to an earlier, happier time, when anti establishment and voices of dissent made music that made us feel good, warm, and fuzzy all over.

Louie Louie is covered by pretty much everyone, but it’s amazing how an awesome band can take a pile of a song and turn it into gold. Henry Rollins proves it is possible to polish a turd.
