While enjoying the view outside my desk here at Rome, it dawned on me. Side business.

When starting a new business, there are a few rules to keep in mind. 

First off, when it comes to commercial real estate, location, location, location.  My desk is the equivalent of a Hobo drive through, it’s a stroll through location.  I get the customers in, get them the product they need, and they’re on their way.

Do your research.  I’ve watched countless Hobo stroll past, and carefully observed attire, tools and calculated needs.  Really that’s a lie, but in my mind, I have a pretty good idea of what these care-free tramps are looking for.

On top of making some serious scratch on bandanas, it also gave me the idea to mess with Sully a bit, our sales manager here at Rome.  Check this sign out.

It’s going to scare the shit out of him when strange hobos keep coming to his window with their mouth open looking like this. He’ll think zombies are attacking or something
